After a considerable period of time with Sitel, this is the first time that the current leadership seems incapable of creating a strategy that is needed to 1. merge 2. create a roadmap for the future. This current leadership under "Endo" has created a divisive culture with silos.

Compensation for the same work being done in NA is completely misaligned. Now that you have merged operations in NA, it is visible and causing associates who make less than their peers feel completely unvalued
