The respect for all diverse identities, and minorities. Also the amount of resources invested on activities to relief stress and to celebrate important life milestones such as baby arrival, birthdays, talent show activities, raffles and so on.
Was müssen Ihre Mitarbeiter verbessern und wie könnten Sie besser zusammenarbeiten?
We don't have any kind of relationship aside of work related topics. I don't even know them in person, so it's hard to create any kind of bond. So even though we have a cordial work relationship, I wouldn't say I look forward to engage any other kind of interaction.
Was läuft falsch und wie kann es verbessert werden?
I've been struggling with depression feelings due to the lockdown, and from time to time I find it hard to find joy on my day by day. I tried asking for counseling with the company psychologist but she was not available for it. At this time I'm seeing a psychologist hoping I can do and be better.
