My experience so far is very good. All coworkers are doing there best to help us with work and other situations. I think the only problem is the training time because it is to short and there must be more practice time or nesting time, so the new hires can be more productive and can help the company

My personal opinion is that if you are on calls for the hole day you get very tired so a change to chats or Email is helpful to get a little rest.

I feel that the standards to get the Bonus is to high and not completely understandable for the Agents. I feel that a good Agent should get more credit and not only be judged by numbers which can be affected due to a bad couple days or a bad week.
