15 years with the company, legacy Sykes employee, I've always felt proud and grateful with the company until it was acquired by Sitel. Since then it has felt like we don't have other mission but to make money, no matter the cost, including cutting incentives and benefits for employees like us.

This needs to improve. One positive thing is the fact that we're all in this together, whether it is the poor salary or the demands of the company for profits we all stick together and push through (for now).

I feel undervalued when I look at a record of almost 5 years with no intend of reviewing salary increases. At the same time, the bonus (HPP) has become more unattainable after the finance and upper Ops team have modified the gatekeepers, I'm making less than previous years while performing better.
