In the last couple of years I feel unsecure about my current position and not because of my performance which tends to be way higher than the average coach. Everyone hates having to work on site even once a month and it just means a day lost due to the "activities" planned, which increases the workload for the rest of the week; and you can multiply it by the amount of days going to the site.

We do a lot of things in our position as coaches and the pay gap between an agent and a coach is sometimes non existent if they do OT, which a coach sometimes is even restricted from doing; even when we stay after our shift completing a request from higher management it is not considered or paid.
