Benefits are not Best in Class for our size and the business we get. Obsessed with revenues and GM yet there is no performance based recognition or annual merit increase. So pay and benefits are lagging behind our competitors.

more perqs for the Execs and/or senior leaders of the regions. Maybe LTI/RSU since there is no retirement or car allowance that can help buy a good car fit for VP/SVP or maybe free trip to Paris or Miami for high performing leaders. or for all the VPs/SVPs
