They are intense and no have to have fun at the same time. They also are the most supportive group of individuals.

Being with my team. Even when we are not doing well, I look forwarding to banning together as a team to turn that around.

They are a true family. They are extremely supportive and motivational in all aspects. I genuinely look forward to coming into work to spend more time with my team.

We only promote within, so you will never report to anyone that was not in your shoes. This leads to an executive staff that leads by example, is extremely responsive and supportive, and promotes a servant based leadership.
