Insight Global has empowered me with the most amazing career, more financial freedom than I ever could have dreamed as a kid growing up on section 8 and food stamps, and seeing opportunity in creative visions I have moving forward by allowing me to build newly proposed programs from scratch.

Our leadership team is incredibly focused on personal development in addition to professional development - the intentionality around a positive/uplifting culture is very apparent and I feel incredibly motivated because I know I'm supported.

We have the most empowering, supportive, empathetic, and motivating leadership team I have ever experienced or heard of! They are always pushing themselves and our company to be even better than the last day. There is no one better!

My coworkers have become my best friends. I've officiated their weddings, traveled the world with them, and feel a stronger connection to them than any other people in my life - likely due to our similar values and goals in life.

My colleagues have become my best friends. Our drive towards similar life goals bring us together and the bond we share creates an environment where none of us want to see each other fail. We are very close and very successful as a whole.

I love our shared values and our commitment to each other to grow personally, professionally, and financially. I have never before felt so empowered and motivated to be better in all aspects of life. I've become the best version of myself because of Insight Global.

We pride ourselves on servant based leadership so our leaders make it their top priority to ensure the success of everyone they are supporting. That style of mentoring is incredibly inspiring and motivating. Our company also fosters a close family atmosphere which creates an amazing work environment

I love the people I work with and I love how our company is so supportive personally as well as professionally. There are no politics, we celebrate each other's success, and we only promote from within. There is also an encouragement to think outside the box and be creative.

Our culture creates amazing comradery - when I was asked by the company to move cross-country mid-pandemic, to a place where I didn't know anyone, I never doubted the friends I would make/support I would have because I knew the team would be amazing since they are IG. I was correct!
