It's good to be associated w/ a company in growth mode. However, it still acts a small biz and everyone can see we don't have enough office/ops staff and people are stretched thin all the time. The company needs to build a better base to maintain and attract employees and things would be much better

Provide additional resources. They roll out new things, like Charting, Salesforce and MOBLIs and nothing is ever right or more efficient. National sales can't even report projections to the local level. Also, many complain that there is not enough flexibility or the option of a hybrid schedule.

More support from corporate to help local plants and more staff locally so people aren't doing 3 people's jobs. Management is the backup for coordinators bc we don't have enough people. Also, offering a remote or hybrid schedule would help work/life balance as an option for those who are reliable.
