The only negative I have to say about Medela and my experience there. The only thing is the ever-revolving door in the Quality Director's office. The current director is fairly new, so making an assessment of him as a leader is difficult at this time.

The leadership team appears to always be engaged and it seems as if they are genuinely concerned not only for Medela and it's employees, but the mothers and patients that we serve. Additionally, I feel like the leadership team appreciates its employees.
