Currently I am encouraged by our executive team. My manager is likely the best manager I've had. The business is still very profitable. The compensation is competitive. Historically, reduction-in-force decisions have been at best ad-hoc. The culture still needs change. And some personnel.

Generally positive place. I've certainly had worse. Headcount reduction decisions have continually been inscrutable. Members of successful project teams are often rewarded with removal. People who add no value remain.
