Medela is a great place to work. Full stop. It is not a perfect place to work, but no company is. Times have been challenging due to COVID and it's ripple effect, so we may be seeing things in a different perspective, but Medela remains a great place to work.

It has been very rewarding to work at Medela because both as an individual and company we can make a difference. Life at Medela is not without it's challenges but there is opportunity to do good things and positively affect people's lives.
