I think the Highest Executive leaders are brilliant, wonderful people. Sales Leadership is where those executive leaders are being fed disinformation on poorly designed strategies costing the company business on a daily basis. Management manages the person above them for their job, not for Medela

Compensation package is set up fairly, it's just that the parameters around being able to close business effectively have made it nearly impossible to close business. Believe the executive excuses and blame shifting or look at actual close rates on what is promised vs what is delivered.
