Medela was great to work for when there seemed to be a future for my career. Now with the removal of top talent incentives, my career has dead-ended and I am actively seeking new opportunities outside of the company.

There have been zero merit increases and promotions for top talent for over 2 years. In addition, bonuses were cut by 30%. Bring those back.

Technologically moving into the present, let alone future, when it comes to tools and applications needed to get our jobs done. Fully invest and train on those technologies. Too many times have I experienced and heard that coworkers must work on limited accessibility and training.

Retaining top talent. There have been no merit increases or promotions for top talent for over 2 years. In addition to that lack of incentive, bonuses for top talent have been reduced by 30%. The top talent is vacating Medela at an accelerated rate. Promotions, Merit Increases, and Bonuses!!!!!!
