Positive but I'd like to receive more paid vacation days a year (22 is on the low end for Switzerland in my experience) as well as the salary raise I deserve. Continuation of the mobile work policy is a strong way to retain me as an employee.

My coworkers do not need to do anything. I am simply being honest, I don't need to look forward to interacting with my coworkers. I know what needs to be done and they know what needs to be done. That is sufficient.

My manager has already agreed that I am underpaid but due to the company-wide salary freeze, I am not able to receive a greater salary. I simply want the salary I deserve according to my role and experience. This would make me feel better about my compensation.

The new mobile work policy. This has had a HUGE impact on my overall happiness at the company and my desire to continue working for Medela. There is simply no need for me to be in the office, I am more efficient and happier at home. Given the nature of my role, I do not need to be physically present
