I really love my department and role at Nu Skin. I do think the company overall has a long way to come in terms of diversity and inclusion. There is most definitely a dominant theme and look of the upper management team. It can feel overwhelming to overcome as an "outsider"

Nu Skin has been a great career development company for me. I've always had fantastic leaders that have given me the chance to grow my career. The company is on the verge of some changes that could really make or break the culture, so how senior leadership handles these changes will be telling.

Nu Skin is a great place to work with fun perks, good pay, decent benefits, and a very uplifting culture. The executive team can use their own bias, rather than employee data, to make decisions on some hot topics (like remote work), but overall it is a great place to work.
