When I can see and prove that what I do generates revenue for the company.

I receive an appropriate increase that accurately reflects the work I do and the market I live in.

After examining what I do more thoroughly, I do feel I am underpaid, particularly when considering what it would take to replace me.

That even though we have a block of negativity and incompetence in our team, someone will read this and something might change. There's always hope here.

Our team is split, 40% whiners focused on what the company can do for them, 60% active and engaged and believing when the work we do is good for the company, the company does good for us.

When I get the rare good job from mid management, when I can help my coworkers figure things out, when I can create a solution, when I can help the manager that is so completely lost understand how something works.

The Exec. Leadership Team listens & makes us feel heard. Mid Management cannot be bothered, it is her world and we are idiots taking up her time. Wrist phone rules all, she straight up walks away/disconnects if it rings. Our reg. manager will be leaving soon, this job is way too much for her, inept

We have learned to take care of each other and ourselves because of 0 to no management and not take it personal when mid management is mean or hurtful to us, we remind each other she treated someone else like that just the other day. We remind each other that what was said today is forgotten tomorro
