The Manager cursed a lot and demanded two weeks in advance to call off and when you don't she fires you and that is what happened to me when I had to go to my sister's graduation and she fired me on the spot without no regard of how it looks on paper.

They need to do better at managing peoples social lives and work lives because they will not tolerate even a minute if you're late. They will also not talk to you about what's happening they will just fire you on spot if you call off a week in advance instead of two weeks in advance
