They need to learn how to work as a team better and the management need to stop spreading more gossip to other co-workers. Definitely needs to improve with team management. Needs to make sure everyone is doing there part to help out not just some people.

Less of a closed mind set. Definitely having everyone help each other out and having a better attitude about stuff. Not talking down to some employees.

I didn't have an interview or signed my own paper or put my personal info in the computer it was done over the phone and was not talked to directly ive never had a job where I was not spoken to personally That is wrong and any identity could be given and handed out stolen and used in a negative way
