That they asked me questions and connected with me

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Changing the management. Definitely need them to change there mind set.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Less of a closed mind set. Definitely having everyone help each other out and having a better attitude about stuff. Not talking down to some employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to learn how to work as a team better and the management need to stop spreading more gossip to other co-workers. Definitely needs to improve with team management. Needs to make sure everyone is doing there part to help out not just some people.
