They are approachable and have shown they are willing to listen to new approaches. I only noticed this change in 2020 with Covid.
Problem solving and working through issues. Getting my clients the product they wanted and are happy with. Talking to client's, coworkers, and agencies.
We have some fresh new energy that is really making changes. I think we are going to improve by leaps and bounds with this team.

We can talk about business and personal things. We care about each others mental health. They have similar views on big issues and are smart and educated. They all want to help us do better.
I like getting to know people for a lot of different backgrounds, I like that we do NR, CR, NEPA, GIS-its brings together a fun group of people. I like that our base is environmental, so most people are a similar mindset. Our team has gotten closer with COVID.
I think there are a lot of options for different people so that's good, it's good its not just two plans. Changing sick time to "wellness" was very smart and the emphasis on mental health this year has been nice. I think the ESOP will be a nice benefit when I retire.
