It is early to comment as it has been 4 months in the organization. However the overall experience has been fabulous. There is some ambiguity in the system which normally always happens when it is a new setup. Love the collaboration in the team, may be structurally still needs to get aligned

Been here for 7 months and journey has been great so far. There are lot of ambiguity in some of the aspects of the work which makes the work challenging. Too much focus on reporting and lot of time sometimes goes in data collation.

I believe the overall Vibe is great. Though work from home doesnt drive a lot of at office activities. Also since my role is more global and I am new to the organization not many of my team members are in Mexico but the culture of inclusivity is best here.
