At first we all know that isn't easy there's a lot of things and lessons that you should know in order to process different calls to our customers but despite of difficult time I can say that I enjoyed being in a TP because of the people around me we're not just learnig but also we're growing. :)

At tp McKinley west, I would like to say that the environment there is peace and everyone is having their own business. Their culture is mostly common and it's easy to communicate with them.

Since I'm a newbie and I didn't get along with my team because we just getting to know each other last night. I must say that they're all so great and genius I'm looking forward to share my journey with them.

Since I'm a newbie, I'll be happy working in our training because of our trainer is a positive vibe and also my teammates is great and it feels like I'll be more comfortable with them as long as we connect to each other.
