The possible incentive that I might achieve in the future, depending on my performance.

I get to learn new processes in this line job and I will have another shot to success, because I reallt want to grow, like step up to a much higher position in the future.

The positive thing about it is that most of the security personels of the building are very considerate and not that grumpy looking when it comes checking out the employees upon entering the production floor,and that sums up a positive vibe for me, before my shift.

Their down to earth and they are patient enough to encourage and motivate newbies in a very polite way, which I find it inhumane in a sense that they dont want to intimidate newbies by imposing a stricker compliance when it comes to interactions inside the training, and thats what I like about it.

Most of them are newbies, and I see myself in them. Although I still dont know how ro reach out to them and share a little bit of knowledge that I have in this field of work, because I can see that they are all working hard on their own to learn and perform inside the class.
