Walmart – Walmart "pretends" to care about their employees, and yet, they exploit them to the fullest! They don't want to hire enough workers, thus creating impossible to reach goals for the existing team. They don't pay well either. Cashiers, who worked thru the pandemic dealing with the public are still $11

Was ist am positivsten an Kultur und Umgang in Ihrem Unternehmen?
There is NO POSITIVITY. Everyone is overworked and underpaid
Was braucht das Führungsteam, um besser zu werden?
Walmart can be much more successful if they paid better & hired more workers. They are a billion dollar company and yet, they have extreme turnover due to low wages and poor working conditions. This is unacceptable! They don't appreciate the employees, they just use them
Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?
They are a billion dollar company because of all the hard work employees do. They need to raise the pay for everyone! Paying a cashier $11/hour to deal with long lines, unhappy stressed out Customers is disgraceful! They can afford to pay better, but Doug McMillon just doesn't want to, shame on him!
Was müssen Ihre Mitarbeiter verbessern und wie könnten Sie besser zusammenarbeiten?
Since the front end was "re-structured" (they took 10 CSM's and now only have 4), the CSM's can't handle the job alone so they are pulling cashiers off the register to act as a "backup". This reduces the # of cashiers, creating long lines needlessly. These "backups" need to be put back on registers
