They need to be more reliable during peak hours and especially on big sales days like the weekends. Far too many call ins make working here during the weekends a total drain
I’ve been here long enough to have gained lots of experience doing many different tasks but instead of being properly compensated, due to a lack of additional work staff I’m instead the first to be taken advantage
