Received training is great. Most of them are friendly. They make sure we always have water. Every few weeks we get store used fruit or cupcakes.

Was braucht das Führungsteam, um besser zu werden?

Recognizing hard work, and promoting accordingly, instead of promoting those that have managed to become your friend. Mostly though, willingness to HELP your team succeed rather than adding to the already strenuous work load, standing in the way and yelling at us to work harder.

Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?

I've always believed a person's work should speak for itself. At walmart it absolutely does NOT. It's all in who you know. I out preform every person making more than me in my dept. Managers included. But they refuse to make me full time after 8 months. Because I have no friends in management.
