Walmart – Walmart was a lot of fun when I first started working there 13 years ago, has gone downhill. Our stores are short staffed, which makes the workload unbearable for those remaining. Please change management style. The new generation doesn't need jobs, they respond better to reward than intimidation.

If you use logic you can easily pass the assessments, however this leads to a lot of people getting hired who don't work like they say they do

The concept of "do what I say or you won't have a job" is dead. A traditional job is no longer necessary. Walmart has been running on this concept for many years, and will end up failing if they don't recognize the need for change.

I am trying to be promoted to a team lead but there are no openings on my shift. However I am doing the job and enjoying it. Not managements fault, but another overnight team lead is desperately needed. I would like to see the company recognize that stores know their own needs.
