It's somewhat okay, my dept. seems more strenuous (physically) than other depts. whom get compensated the same. Guess it's a matter of perspective!
All willing to work just as hard as the others, don't have to hesitate to ask anyone for something and vise versa. Seems rare in many aspects!
The store gets crazy busy at times, so as long as we maintain a positive atttitude, it reflects on our job performance and makes the day go by faster.
The interviewer was the best part, she was the store assistant manager and she had an awesome sense of humor and kept the interview light, while still being very detailed.
The ability to rise up within the company is tuff, being that there's so many employees qualified for the same position, maybe offer more upper level jobs or a more frequent raise in salary.
