When you learn what the Law of Cause and Effect is, then you will realize that the reason for a negative reaction is due to negative action. (You reap what you sow.)

Respect for the individual. How can leaders expect to be taken seriously if associates aren't taken seriously? The consistently low AES score at my store is a joke and there's little to nothing done to fix it. I'm afraid some managers are still there only because training new people is a hassle.

Bring up the morale of the workers from the top down by being honest with them, such as letting them know when their hours are going to be cut; This affects the personal lives of the associates and they can't spend money they no longer have because their tiny budget suddenly got smaller.

It's time to obtain a new and higher mindset; one that involves integrity being top priority & operating on a creative plane instead of a competitive one (making the profit for everyone & yourself bigger instead of having anyone forced to get less so that you can have more.) Aim to be trustworthy.

Managers said that the schedule is to be set in stone after being posted w/ the exception of having the associate's consent to change it. But I've had my schedule changed anyway w/o my knowledge (by those same managers!) I've been robbed of hours and they did nothing to fix it. Not even an apology.
