A good night is when nobody bothers you all night.
We all know what to do and we just go to work. Management is walking around and barking out orders sll the time.
We all get along pretty well. I work 3rd shift and we are a group of our own. For the most part, we all get along well.
The pay is low compared to the amount of work expected from you. Telling you that you are doing a good job once in a while would be nice.
My skills pretty well did the talking for me so the interview was very good I knew when I left the interview that I got the job, even though I wasn't told that I had passed the interview.
Showing favoritism. Lower their expectations some, a person can only do so much and having unrealistic times set for each task and no variables makes for a very stressful environment. They expect too much work from some people and other people can just goof off all during their shift.
