
It's been mostly great but I feel we're lacking accountability and recognition where it's due, as well as a more solid infrastructure in regards to talent development and generation. We're also much more reactive than preventative in most issues, lack of correct forecasting is a constant issue.

Generally speaking, the company is very lenient even with its weakest links, and even if there are very high performing people all around, there is usually no negativity but constructive work linked towards people or processes that need extra support.
