First of all. Leaders should not commit/promise something they are not going to fulfill. I was promised a salary review after 6 months I joined my current team, but such review never happened, regardless of my great performance (according to my CPM). Need at least an explanation.

They need to call out their needs with the leaders of the team, instead of overloading coworkers' duties. If someone has a need such as equipment not working, they need to let the boss know about it (and have them fixed), instead of asking transferring work to coworkers with working equipment.
