The recent shift to hyper focusing increasing profits while cutting expenses at the costs of the employee's experience had been very obvious. There should be a balance of taking care of financials, employee, and clients as it's a give and take situation. Everyone should win.

Dissolved projects and specialized departments, loss of roles. Compensation structures were updated but benefit or the positives are not felt. Those who were promoted were not a part of the increase last 2022. Harmonization did not take into account inflation and aligning to the market rates.
