iWhen I started everything was almost perfect, but as time went by they took away our benefits and the management got worse and worse, until it became complicated to even ask for vacations. Also, as time went by, I felt less and less valued as a worker.

I would like to get better bonuses, and not struggling so much to get vacation or an schedule change. And I also consider that my account does not have any benefits for us.
