Since the merger of Sykes and Sitel in 2021, we seemed to be going backwards instead of forwards. There has been zero personal growth or career path, zero raises or even an indication when there ever will be. Fortunately, my DR is very good and is a big reason I am still here.

Growing existing business, new client growth. Rewarding employees. No raises for 5 years is unacceptable. Communication from CEO. Pretty much nonexistent below Director level.

If there was something to aspire to, understood there was a good future here would help tremendously. Executives need to do better with sales growth, rewarding existing employees (vs hiring new employees for new positions), and communications/transparency.
