Lack of direction on a daily basis. Or when direction is given it changes from leader to leader. Very inconsistent with direction, only good to GM and above ,not to assistant managers then when something isn't done they cannot understand why. Overall poorly run company.

Company rolled out Bodequalty, meaning si,es for all which is great but in doing so focused on larger size clothing and lacked mid range sizing which is what stores need.

Better financial incentives, not so aggressive goals for opening credit cards in this time of financial struggles for customers. Average item price is $5-8.00 and you want people to open cards and have to have daily weekly "rally calls" to explain the same thing over and over.

Initially it was "We are such a great company to work for, top of line technology, etc..." but in reality technology ois horrible! Ipods never work, tablets at POS are constantly failing. Company even identified several stores with bad WiFi so they shut it off during holiday season
