Imprivata culture also tends to skew a bit more traditional (employees actually wear business casual, the employees are expected to be in the office, etc.) than SecureLink was.

I am paid about $20k under the market, and the bonus structure is really bad. It's only $1,800, regardless of your base pay. Additionally, the overall health, etc. benefits got worse when Imprivata acquired SecureLink. They really need to pay fairly and improve the health coverage.

I am paid at least 20% under market rate, and the bonus program is really poor. With the difference in bonus structure, I actually got a pay decrease when Imprivata acquired my company (SecureLink). I would feel better about my compensation if I was paid at the market rate and got a decent bonus.
