Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pro Recruiter's commission structure needs to be re-evaluated. A pro recruiter is .3 of 1 account manager. We do much more than 8% given. If there were more brackets to achieve, it would make sense as a company. I am a 90K pro that gets the same commission as I did as a 15K pro. Needs to make sense!
