With each year since starting three and a half years ago, I become more and more proud to be an employee of Insight Global. Coming in with no experience in contractual documents or legal concepts, I have been developed into having a fundamental and detailed understanding of both (and much more)!

Overall positive experience and very impressed with the positive changes since I started 4 years ago!! However, there are often too many initiatives going on, and and it is not entirely uncommon for large business changes to be implemented before the corporate infrastructure has been set up

Ability to progress quickly and a stable and reliable salary as a Corporate employee
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Contracts Department works incredibly hard, and we all partner together to be the best versions of ourselves while supporting the company's business needs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my amazing coworkers and having the opportunity to help develop and train members of my team and business people within the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently being paid roughly the same as people of similar tenure in much more transactional corporate roles that require less training, knowledge, discretion, and critical thinking
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is extremely friendly and genuinely cares about each other! Even someone you've never spoken to before will chat with you like you've been pals for years and take a genuine interest in what you have to say. We're all in the IG family!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
IG's leaders truly care about the people within our organization, our consultants, and our clients! Our shared values and purpose have been clearly defined so we can all work towards being the light for others while growing ourselves and our coworkers personally, professionally, and financially.
