The executive team talks about customer focus and I believe they feel action is being taken. The reality is much different as the lack of systems, processes, communications, accountability in ALL corporate functions is lacking.

Engage employees and understand the impact executive decisions have downstream. Fix the infrastructure. Global functions like Marketing are useless as they do not understand or engage the business. They only engage to deliver edicts - no support.
