Klaviyo Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
It surpassed my expectations. The company gives good signs that it cares about employees, both at the high level leadership but especially within my immediate team. Benefits and pay are better than what I expected, and working with everyone so far has been extremely fun and rewarding.
