really great company, great team. it seems that the management doesnt realize how much workload the employees have since shape and the people which are pro medela doesnt get payed appropriate. outside of the team a lot of negative noises about the hugh workload. EU marketing not enough added value

the company has changed a lot. more and more we can not do our own decision. everything is coming from europe organisation. and europe organisation is just germany, so very less employee have a chance to be part of the EU team outside of germany. workload increased a lot, salary not.

the pressure and the amount of work has increased over the past 2 years extremely. working for 10+ hours a day but salary increase is yearly very low. and increase mostly on the bonus, so this is another increase in pressure.

since shape we all have way more pressure and workhours. overtime is normally every day, nearly no lunchtime, this all just to try to be on track with the workload. i think some people doesnt understand the situation really and how critical it is. less people with more work should earn more.
