My direct leadership is caring but stretched far too thin while other leadership seem to have lighter workloads and not nearly as much knowledge as my own, which puts mine in the position of always being responsible for the other leadership roles' work.

WFH has been immensely helpful for mental health during the pandemic and Medela has recognized who can be successful while staying in the safety of their own home. If there weren't sudden layoffs that made us all feel nervous about our jobs, the culture would be considered great.

The 401(k) plan is comprehensive and we have the support from Principal to contact them for help. I am not sure if this is unique or common for companies our size but it is helpful. RXnGO is great, and the pension is good if you retire with Medela. The health insurance is too expensive.
