There are areas of improvement with the speed of reaction to the market and current events. Within certain department there seems to be a lot micromanaging and and with the even changing market the positions , we need to attract more talent that understand the industry standards. Be better and fast

We have to be adaptive to the market, listen to employees and have the right talent, sometimes fresh pair of eyes is needed. we need the right systems to reduce ALL the manual unnecessary work. Cant rush through , think it through all the way and not jump to conclusions
