Everyone is nice and supportive to each other. I have seen other teams talk behind each others backs and say mean things, but my team has never done that.

I like making customers unexpectedly happy. When they call in, they don't usually expect the amount of help and support we give them, so they are usually pleasantly surprised.

The benefits are fantastic. I have a disability, so I have enough PTO to cover my doctor's appointments I have to go to; plus, insurance covers my medicine that would be horribly expensive otherwise.
