I have never worked at a company that cares so little for its employees. I have had issues since day one and every time I voice them, I am met with lip service and no action. I have spent several years at this company with no raises, bonuses, or professional development and am frustrated by this.

I have never felt less cared for as an employee at any job I've ever had. My team has been expected to take on more work and weather constant org changes without any recognition, increase in pay or even a conversation that makes me feel appreciated at work.

As an employee, particularly an employee not in sales/commercial, I do not feel valued. The culture at MW is very off-putting and is the stereotypical toxic "bro" culture. The fix here would be to create a culture where team members feel safe & supported to call people out on toxic behavior.

I have not received any raise, bonus, COL increase, or variable comp since I started over 3 years ago. We have been told for over 2 years that a variable comp aspect to our pay will be added but it still hasnt.Additionally, my team receives no recognition for our contributions,or even anniversaries
