Salary is well below similar roles at other companies Commission thresholds and collections based commissions are difficult There are no regular salary reviews

Being pushed into new roles based on the company's need impacts happiness. Overall structures to assist people to be successful such as better sales admin for GEs, better salary/commission/quotas which are reviewed and changed, more competitive salary

They care about you as an individual. The issue though are the structures at Meltwater which impede being a competitive company (salary, commission structure) which is not on par at all with the market. Also on the flip side, the lack of structure we have which impacts success

Difficult company to work for as you get older. It's tougher to enjoy the day to day when you don't feel aligned with your peers due to age gaps. As a 24 -26 year old working at Meltwater is the best. However as you get older, it's not as great
