I feel challenged and motivated. Happy and proud to work at Meltwater and help the company progress and grow.

Overall I am happy to work at Meltwater. In other departments outside of my own, there recently has been restructuring and I think the communication around this (to other stakeholders and to the people this involved) could have been better.

Approachable, my manager is invested in me as a person. Good collaboration with my immediate leadership team.

Competitive salary model. Benefits like health insurance and retirement package could be better to help attract and retain staff.
Revisión
I was asked to take on more responsibility (an additional team of 9 FTE) without any change in compensation.
Revisión
I feel I make a difference, every day. To clients, my team, my peers. I solve problems and I help people grow professionally.

Change is a given, that also means you can make suggestions on how to organise the work and how you want to manage the team. I enjoy that we can try out new things.

A salary increase in my region has been announced and I feel this is very needed. People who were not excelling at MW have left and are now earning more at other companies. I know I could earn a higher salary at other companies. Really hope this changes soon.

The leadership team is approachable, this was even more the case when we had physical QR's. I appreciate the feedback at QR's on sales results. I feel it's constructive and clear what is needed and what is expected. I never felt I was given a task without access to the tools to succeed.
