Stitch Fix: Although this is not the worst job I have ever had, the inconsistency of leadership makes it a challenge to work here. There is obvious favoritism from leadership to certain associates and some of the policies are only enforced with certain people.

Theres rarely any positive feedback from them and when voicing problems there are no solutions offered just a simple "you got this". I think a change in that area would help the company be more successful.
